Poetry: Torturous Bliss

Have mercy on me for I loved you once.
Invoke this blaze as I nurture this fever.
You are to blame for this torment,
This great insatiable flame.
 Every scar and blister,
    Burns through my being,
Tattooed I am a canvas of ecstasy
Your mural of fire.

Masochist I grin at this heat from within.
Slave  I  burn  like  a  sweetest incense.
For  once  engulf  me  in the bitter sweet,
But  don't  annihilate  what  is left of me.

I know you will burn deeper,
I still want to love you twice.
I beg for you to let me breathe
           Trembling I invite you thrice.
I give myself to this great suffocation,
Left in pieces I quietly voice 'again'.
This climax you snatch from me,
                           I am lost so completely.

Defiantly I came for you,
I embrace this torturous bliss.
